Child Safety Standards
Last updated: June 29, 2026
RandomCamChat is an adults-only service. We hold an absolute line on child safety: zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for any presence of minors on the platform. This page sets out our standards and how to report.
18+ only
RandomCamChat is a general-audience app for 1v1 random video, audio and text chat, and it is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Minors may not register for or use the service under any circumstances.
Access is account-based rather than fully anonymous. Tying activity to an account helps us keep underage users off the platform, hold people accountable for their behaviour, and act decisively when we receive a report.
Zero tolerance for CSAE
We prohibit, without exception, any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), any grooming or sexualised contact directed at a minor, and any attempt to involve, solicit or depict a minor in a sexual context.
There is no warning and no second chance for these violations. Any account involved is removed from RandomCamChat immediately and permanently, and the underlying conduct is escalated as described below.
How we detect and act
Reports submitted through the app are reviewed by our moderation team. Because access is account-based, we can take meaningful, lasting action against bad actors rather than simply ending a single session.
Depending on the severity of what is found, our team may warn, suspend, or permanently ban an account. Severe violations — anything touching on CSAE — are removed without warning, and the account is banned permanently.
Reporting a minor or CSAE
If you believe a minor is using RandomCamChat, or you encounter any form of CSAE, please do not engage with the other person. Use the in-app report control immediately to flag the account, and end the session.
You can also reach our safety team by email at [email protected]. Please include as much detail as you safely can so we can act quickly.
We treat every credible report seriously and escalate it to the appropriate law enforcement and child-protection organisations — for example, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States.
Our commitment
Child safety is not a metric we balance against growth or engagement — it is an absolute line that comes first. We will always prioritise protecting children over any other goal for RandomCamChat, and we will keep strengthening these standards over time.
