1. Acceptance & Scope
By accessing or using RandomCamChat (available at https://randomcamchat.com), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies linked from the platform. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These Terms cover the following features: random live cam-to-cam sessions, text chat, interest-based matching, skip and next controls, report and block tools, account creation, Coins purchases, and VIP subscriptions. They do not cover features that RandomCamChat does not currently offer — including public profile pages, content publishing, video uploads, blog posts, community forums, clubs, or public commenting.
Continued use of RandomCamChat after we update these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We will notify you of material changes via the platform or registered email.
2. Eligibility
RandomCamChat is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that using this platform is legal in your jurisdiction. We may request age verification at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately.
You may not use RandomCamChat if you are prohibited by applicable law, if your account has been previously terminated by us for a violation, or if you are accessing the platform on behalf of a minor.
3. Account & Registration
Creating an account requires a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your account with others or create accounts for third parties.
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- Do not create multiple accounts to evade blocks, bans, or moderation actions.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account or session without their authorization.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
RandomCamChat does not offer public profile pages. Your display name and interest tags are visible to matched users only during an active session. No personal information beyond your display name is shown to other users.
4. Platform Features
RandomCamChat provides the following core features. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time for operational, legal, product, or safety reasons.
Live 1v1 webcam sessions matched randomly from the active user pool. Both cameras are active from the moment the session begins. Sessions are private — no audience, no recording by the platform under normal use.
Random text-only sessions matched from the active pool. No camera required. Same skip, block, and report controls as video sessions. Suitable for users who prefer a lower-pressure entry point.
Optional tags you add before a session (e.g., music, gaming, travel, languages). The matching system uses these tags to prioritize connections with users who share the same interests. Tags are visible to your match during the session.
You can end any session at any time by pressing Next. This is the standard interaction — skipping carries no penalty and is the expected way to move between matches.
Report a user to flag a guideline violation for moderation review. Block prevents the same user from appearing in your match pool again. Both controls are visible during every session.
Optional premium currency (Coins) and subscription tier (VIP) that unlock additional sessions, advanced filters, and other paid features. All purchases are subject to our payment terms in Section 5.
RandomCamChat does not offer: public profile pages, video or photo uploads, blog publishing, community forums, clubs, public commenting, or content discovery feeds. Any such features referenced in other platform documents refer to the underlying service infrastructure and do not apply to RandomCamChat.
5. Coins, VIP & Payments
RandomCamChat offers new users free trial credits upon sign-up. Additional Coins and VIP subscriptions are available for purchase through the platform. All purchases are processed via third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to that provider's terms in addition to these Terms.
- Coins have no monetary value outside the platform and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
- VIP subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation instructions are available in your account settings.
- All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
- We reserve the right to modify coin pricing, VIP tiers, and feature access at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use RandomCamChat in any of the following ways:
- Exposing minors to sexual content or engaging in any sexual behavior toward a minor.
- Recording, screenshotting, or capturing any session or user image without explicit consent from all parties.
- Broadcasting or distributing session content to third parties without consent.
- Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or fake accounts to interact with the platform or other users.
- Harassing, threatening, stalking, or intimidating any user.
- Exposing or sharing private information about another person without their consent (doxxing).
- Attempting to circumvent blocks, bans, moderation decisions, or safety filters.
- Engaging in illegal activity or facilitating illegal transactions through the platform.
- Interfering with the platform's technical infrastructure, servers, or security systems.
- Impersonating RandomCamChat, its staff, or other users.
Violations may result in session termination, account suspension, permanent ban, and — where required by law — reporting to relevant authorities.
7. Report & Block System
RandomCamChat provides report and block controls that are accessible during every session. These tools are a core part of the platform safety design.
Report: Submitting a report flags a session for moderation review. Our team reviews all reports. Action taken (including account suspension or ban) depends on the severity and evidence associated with each case. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or response time for each individual report, but we take every report seriously.
Block: Blocking a user prevents them from appearing in your match pool in future sessions. Blocking does not constitute a report — if you believe guidelines were violated, use the Report function as well.
Misuse of the report function — including filing false, retaliatory, or frivolous reports — is itself a violation of these Terms and may result in account action.
8. Session Privacy
RandomCamChat does not record, store, or archive cam sessions or text chat conversations under normal operating conditions. Session data is transient — your camera feed and chat messages exist only during the active session.
However, when a user submits a Report, we may preserve a record of relevant session metadata for moderation and legal compliance purposes. This is limited to what is necessary to investigate the reported incident.
You are responsible for your own behavior during sessions. You must not record, screenshot, or capture other users' video feeds or messages without their explicit consent. Doing so violates these Terms and may violate applicable privacy laws.
Interest tags you set are visible to your current match during an active session. They are not published to a public profile, search index, or visible to users you are not currently matched with.
9. Limitation of Liability
RandomCamChat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, that all matches will be appropriate, or that the platform will be free of harmful content at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RandomCamChat and its parent company are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: emotional distress from interactions with other users, loss of coins or VIP access due to account termination for cause, or technical failures affecting session availability.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the incident.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Deletion removes your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Unused Coins at the time of deletion are forfeited and are not refundable.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, for legal compliance reasons, or at our discretion. If your account is terminated for a conduct violation, you are not permitted to create a new account without our explicit permission.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the platform interface or your registered email address. The updated Terms take effect upon posting. Continued use of RandomCamChat after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
